Ensure your tow vehicle can handle this load. Pay close attention to the tongue weight, which you can measure by purchasing a tongue scale.
Several tiny homes tend to have a significant tongue weight. To counterbalance it, redistribute heavier items to the back of the trailer. My main aim is to provide useful information on the importance of a weight distribution system.

While a bungee cord can also do the job, relying on it for every shelf and drawer can become tiresome. It’s best to minimize the need for lots of locking and loading.
Typically, it takes us about 20 minutes to organize everything inside the house and another 20 minutes to pack up outside. I handle the inside tasks, while Guillaume manages the outside, helping us finish faster.
