#45: You Scratch My Back…
Politics is a dirty game. We can all admit that, right? It seems weird that giant corporations and special interest groups can “donate” money to a politician’s campaign to ensure they get elected. Once that person is elected, they then control laws and legislation that affect the corporations that supplied a huge amount of funding.

We’re not experts or anything, but that seems like somewhat of a conflict of interest. How can we trust a politician to look out for our best interests when they’re beholden to the interests of their funders? A lot of people question this practice nowadays. Maybe enough people will question it so that it’s no longer the norm.
