I Believe I Can Fly
If you ever had dreams of flying when you were a little kid, this story is for you. Our storyteller got to live every kid’s dream by magically floating up to grab a toy that was out of reach. They were five at the time, and the toy they wanted was way too high up on a shelf for them to reach from the ground.
They have the clearest memory of floating up to the shelf, grabbing the toy, and safely floating back down. Our storyteller knows how ridiculous it sounds, but they swear on their life that it happened. This story is so odd that we can’t think of any reasonable explanation for how they got the toy. What do you think? Did they really float, or did they just have an over-active imagination?
