I get it – Europe is a big place, and it’s not exactly cheap or easy to hop on a plane and explore every nook and cranny. Just because we do holidays differently to you guys doesn’t mean that we aren’t cultured… We have plenty of museums and cultural events right here in the good ol’ USA.  

Our national parks are practically their own countries! Maybe we can’t just drive over to another country for a weekend getaway, but we’ve got plenty of ways to experience different cultures without leaving our own borders. But we can’t deny the feeling that we’d like to go to Paris for a weekend, too.
