It should go without saying that people should respect each other. That sentiment seems to go out the door when it comes to calling customer service. For whatever reason, many people forget their manners and get in touch with their anger management problems when they call with a complaint.
We’re here to tell you that customer service reps absolutely remember you if you decide to act like a nightmare. If a certain customer becomes notorious for calling with a bad attitude, employees will intentionally keep them on hold for a long time and generally act reluctant to help. Who wants to help out someone who is endlessly rude? It seems like common sense, right?
